	Chair of the Board Sami Salo pj[ät]asteriski.fi Telegram: @samsse Preparation and the management of the Board meetings, supervises and directs the activities of the Board, and calls a meeting of the Association when necessary. Ensures that the Association is represented at the various representative events. Prepares the proposals for the Board’s action plan and activity report.
	Vice-chair of the Board and social affairs Janina Paasila vpj[ät]asteriski.fi sopo[ät]asteriski.fi Carries out the duties of the Chair in their absence. Maintains the association’s membership register with the assistance of the Server admins and deals with other membership matters. Responsible for affairs related to overall wellbeing and supporting services of students, equality and acting in the community.
	Secretary Elias Kaario sihteeri[ät]asteriski.fi Writes minutes of the board meetings and makes the accepted minutes available for the members. Is responsible for the availability of the organizations current endorsement products and the orders of new products.
	Treasurer Noora Niemi talous[ät]asteriski.fi Takes care of the accounting, prepares the financial statements, supervises the use of funds and keeps the board informed about the association’s financial situation and handles payment transactions. Prepares the board’s budget proposal.
	Sports and Freshman affairs Eero Kuusisto liikunta[ät]asteriski.fi piltti[ät]asteriski.fi Responsible for organizing sports trials and events. Takes care of registrations for sports events. Coordinates tutor activities. Plans the freshmen week program together with the tutors and the board, and plans other events for the freshmen.
	Student parties and environmental affairs Anni Eskelinen tapahtumat[ät]asteriski.fi ymparisto[ät]asteriski.fi Produces leisure events, excluding cultural and sporting events. Coordinates the activities of the Events Committee. Ensures that the association operates in an environmentally friendly manner and abides to the requirements of being a Fair Trade association.
	Student parties Jaakko Nurminen tapahtumat[ät]asteriski.fi Produces leisure events, excluding cultural and sporting events. Coordinates the activities of the Events Committee.
	Academic affairs Arttu Heinä kopo[ät]asteriski.fi Keeps in touch with the department’s organs responsible for studies. Forwards faults noticed by students to the faculty. Participates in the department’s study team meetings. Ensures that the association has representation in the Committee for Undergraduate Education Development.
	Head of Corporate Relations Leo Jääskeläinen yrityssuhteet[ät]asteriski.fi Responsible for the organizations corporate relations and other foreign affairs. Organizes excursions and other events together with different companies. Coordinates the operation of the corporate relations committee.
	Culture affairs Henri Kartano kulttuuri[ät]asteriski.fi Produces cultural events and holds cultural excursions.
	Communications and householding Aaron Vlasov tiedotus[ät]asteriski.fi tilat[ät]asteriski.fi Informs about the organizations affairs and publishes weekly bulletins. Manages the social media team and social media visibility. Takes care of the facilities along with the housekeepers.
