Moikka moi! Alkaa olla aika palata kesälomilta ja se tarkoittaa minun puolestani, että on aika taas käynnistää viikkotiedotteet!
Uuden lukuvuoden alku merkitsee myös uusien opiskelijoiden, pilttien, saapumista. Päräytän jonkinlaisen hieman runsaamman tekstin omalta osaltani ensi viikon viikkotiedotteeseen, mutta niille pilteille, jotka ovat onnistuneet löytämään jo tämän viikkotiedotteen, 24.8. pidetään varaslähtö. Varaslähtö on erinomainen tilaisuus tutustua opiskelijamenoon ja tuleviin kanssaopiskelijoihin, mikä helpottaa ensimmäisiä päiviä ja viikkoja monin tavoin. Lisää infoa varaslähdöstä löytyy tällä hetkellä Asteriskin Instagramista. Saavu siis matalalla kynnyksellä paikan päälle klo 16. Myös vanhat opiskelijat ovat tervetulleita, mutta kuitenkin vasta 20:00 eteenpäin.

Heya! It is soon time to return from summer break and for me that means starting up the weekly letters again!
The start of a new academic year importantly also entails the coming of new students. I’ll try to write a slightly more formal welcome next week but for now it’s to be noted that the head start will be held on the 24th. The head start is a fantastic opportunity to get to know others ahead of the first week. This can help you in many ways during the first days and weeks so come as you are at 4pm and start the academic year off right. If you aren’t a new student you can join as well!
