Asteriski’s alumni
An alumni club has been set up for Asteriski alumni, which organises activities such as after-workshops for members who have already graduated in computer science and for older activists of the association. The club is autonomous and its activities are based on the wishes and ideas of the club members.
To join the Asteriski Alumni Club, you must be an Asteriski member (verify membership or join) and meet one of the following conditions:
- You have a Bachelor of Science or Master of Philosophy degree in Computer Science from the University of Turku.
- You have studied Computer Science at the University of Turku for at least 5 years
The activities of the Alumni Club are communicated in the Alumnus Club Telegram group and on the Asteriski Discord alumni channel. If you meet the above conditions, please contact our Veterans and they will add you to either of the two channels. There is a bridge bot between the TG group and the Discord channel, so it’s enough to belong to one or the other (or both).
