Accountor Finago is now looking for Software Test Engineer Trainees to join
their team next summer. In this position you will be designing tests and
testing the changes made on Procountor, a cloud-based software. As the
software development team uses test automation in their work, your role
will also include coding and scripting. Additionally, you will work with
testing the software manually. This is an excellent opportunity to learn
new skills and get practical work experience from software testing. In this
position you will be employed directly to Accountor Finago, and there is a
possibility that you can continue working with Accountor Finago part-time
after your studies continue in autumn.
Accountor Finago’s core codebase is mostly written in Java, and they use
the open-source Vaadin framework for providing a beautiful front-end to the
end-user. JBehave Framework is used for test automation. Other key
technologies include MySQL, JUnit, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible and Git. For
mobile development they use React.js. You can also have a look at
Accountor’s current public APIs by visiting dev.procountor.com.
You are self-imposed, have a solution-focused attitude and take
responsibility of your own work. In this position you’ll be working in a
Scrum team, so as a team member you are willing to both ask for and give
