Asteriskin toimikuntiin haetaan taas lisää aktiivisia ja innovatiivisia jäseniä mukaan kehittämään ja toteuttamaan yhdistyksen toimintaa. Mikäli sinua kiinnostaa vapaaehtoisesti tapahtumien, viestinnän ja muun toiminnan toteuttamisessa auttaminen, lähde ihmeessä mukaan! Tällä kertaa innokkaat toimijat voivat hakea tapahtumatoimikuntaan, www-toimikuntaan ja yritystoimikuntaan. Näistä kaikista löydät tietoa alta:

• Ta­pah­tu­ma­toi­mi­kun­taa uudistetaan ja kaikki vanhat tiimit siirtyvät Telegramissa yhden ryhmän alle. Toimikunnassa voi oman kiinnostuksena mukaan tehdä muun muassa seuraavia asioita:
  • auttaa Asteriskin tapahtumien suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa esimerkiksi tekemällä koristeita sitseille tai ideoimalla uusia tapahtumia.
  • tehdä so­siaa­li­­sen­ me­dian sisältöä, ku­ten Ins­tag­ra­m-po­s­tau­k­sia­ ja -ta­ri­no­ita ja sisältöä Asteriskin TikTok-tilille.
  • tuottaa tapahtumiin sekä tarvittaessa muuhun Asteriskin toimintaan liittyvää graafista sisältöä, kuten haalarimerkkejä ja julisteita.
  • päästä sitseille pääpöytään ylläpitämään juhlahumua ja varmistamaan illan sujuvan kulun.
  • Lisäksi toimikunnassa ilmoitetaan Asteriskin tapahtumien nakeista, esimerkiksi lipunmyynti ja sitsitarjoilu.
• WWW-toi­mi­ku­n­ta­ vas­ta­a As­te­ri­s­kin­ www-si­vu­je­n toi­min­na­s­ta­ ja ke­hi­ty­k­ses­­tä. Li­säks­i toi­mi­ku­n­ta­ ke­hit­tä­ä ja yl­läp­it­ää Na­ki­ti­n­ta­ se­kä jäs­enr­ek­ist­er­iä ja toteuttaa uusia projekteja.
  • Toimikunta kokoustaa seuraavan kerran perjantaina 26.9. klo 18 Proffan kellarissa. Jos olet kiinnostunut liittymään toimikuntaan tule ihmeessä paikalle.
• Yri­tys­to­i­mi­kun­ta­ vas­taa As­te­ri­s­kin­ ja yri­tys­te­n väl­is­est­ä yh­teis­ty­öst­ä. Yh­teis­ty­öh­ön kuu­luu muun muas­sa yri­tys­ta­­pah­­tu­mat, rek­ry­ka­m­pan­­jat­ se­kä spon­so­ro­in­tie­n hank­ki­mi­­nen­. Toi­mi­ku­n­nan­ jäs­en­en­ä pääse­­t mu­kaan te­ke­mä­än kaik­kea tät­ä ja li­sää. Yri­tys­to­i­mi­kun­ta­ an­taa myös eri­no­ma­i­sen­ mah­dol­li­­suu­­den­ päästä­­ ver­kos­to­i­tu­maan­ yri­tys­te­n edus­ta­ji­en kans­sa.

Asteriski is once again looking for active and innovative members to join its committees to help develop and implement the activities of the association. If you are interested in volunteering to assist with organizing events, communication, and other activities, feel free to join! This time, eager volunteers can apply to the renewed event committee, the website committee and the corporate relations committee. You can find more information about all of these below:

• The events committee is being restructured, and all the old teams will move under one group on Telegram. As a new addition, those interested in the main table at sitsit are also very welcome to join the committee! In the committee, you can contribute to various tasks according to your interests, such as:
  • helping with the planning and organization of Asteriski’s events, for example by making decorations for sitz parties or coming up with new event ideas.
  • creating social media content, such as Instagram posts and stories, and content for Asteriski’s TikTok account.
  • producing graphic content related to events and other Asteriski activities, such as overall patches and posters.
  • join sits as a toastmaster to keep up the party spirits and make sure the evening goes along well.
  • Additionally, available nacks for Asteriski events will be posted, such as ticket sales and sitz catering
• The WWW-com­mit­te­e is res­pon­si­b­le­ for up­kee­pi­ng the or­ga­ni­­sa­tion­s web­si­te­s, such as the ho­me pa­ge and Na­ki­ti­n as well as new projects.
  • The committee will hold its first meeting this year on Friday 26.9. at 18 at Proffan kellari. If you’re interested in joining the committee, feel free to come along!
• The corporate relations­ com­mit­te­e is res­pon­si­b­le­ for the coo­pe­ra­­tio­n bet­ween As­te­ri­s­ki­ and com­pa­ni­es. Coo­pe­ra­­tio­n inc­lu­de­s cor­po­ra­­te­ events, rec­ruit­me­nt cam­paigns and ob­tai­ni­ng spon­sors­hi­ps. As a mem­ber of the com­mit­te­e, you can par­ti­ci­­pa­te­ in doing all this and mo­re. The com­pa­ny­ com­mit­te­e al­so pro­vi­de­s an ex­cel­le­nt op­por­tu­­ni­ty­ to net­work with com­pa­ny­ rep­re­se­n­ta­ti­ves.
