Autumn exam stress is starting to kick in! On Wednesday, you can ease those nerves a little by joining us for a relaxing pre-Christmas sauna evening! There will be refreshments, games and sauna time! Remember to bring your Santa hat 🎅

Olemme Turun Nuorkauppakamarilla aloittaneet projekti KUILUn, jonka tavoitteena on edistää korkeakouluopiskelijoiden työllistymistä Turun alueella ja rakentaa pysyvä vuoropuhelua opiskelijoiden ja yritysten välille. Projekti pureutuu siihen, miksi monet nuoret eivät jää Turun seudulle valmistumisen jälkeen, ja mitä voimme yhdessä tehdä tämän kehityksen kääntämiseksi.
Osana projektia tarjoamme korkeakouluopiskelijoille mahdollisuuden osallistua ryhmämentorointiohjelmaan, jossa kolme opiskelijaa pääsee oppimaan yhdessä kokeneelta nuorelta ammattilaiselta. Mentoroinnin lisäksi ohjelma tarjoaa mahdollisuuden tutustua muihin opiskelijoihin, jakaa kokemuksia ja saada uusia näkökulmia vertaisilta.
Mentoreina toimivat Turun Nuorkauppakamarin Nuoret Johtajat, joilla on monipuolista kokemusta eri aloilta ja halu tukea tulevaisuuden osaajia.
Miksi kannattaa osallistua?

Mentorointiohjelma toteutetaan 11/2026–3/2027.
Tapaamiset sovitaan joustavasti mentoreiden ja mentoroitavien kesken, mutta tavoitteena on toteuttaa mentorointiohjelma n. viiden tapaamiskerran aikana.
Ohjelma käynnistetään yhteisellä aloitustapahtumalla, jossa tapaat mentorit ja muut osallistujat!

Mentorointiohjelmaan valitaan 12 opiskelijaa. Mikäli hakijoita on enemmän kuin paikkoja, osallistujat valitaan arpomalla.
Huomioithan myös, että mukaan valitaan ainoastaan maisterivaiheen opiskelijoita.

Find your career path – apply for the KUILU mentoring program!
At JCI Turku, we have launched Project KUILU, which aims to promote the employment of university students in Turku and build lasting dialogue between students and local companies. The project explores why many young people leave the Turku area after graduation — and what we can do together to change that trend.
As part of the project, we are offering university students the opportunity to take part in a group mentoring programme that brings together three students and an experienced young professional. The programme offers students the chance to learn from the mentor, connect with fellow students, exchange experiences and gain new perspectives from one another.
The mentors are Young Leaders of JCI Turku, who have diverse experience across different fields and a genuine desire to support the talents of the future.
Why should you apply?

✅ Expand your network – connect with companies and professionals already during your studies
✅ Discuss confidentially with your mentoring group – gain support, inspiration, and new perspectives

The mentoring program will take place from November 2026 to March 2027.
Meetings will be scheduled flexibly between mentors and mentees, with the aim of completing the mentoring programme over approximately five sessions.
The program will kick off with a joint opening event, where you’ll meet the mentors and other participants!

12 students will be selected for the mentoring programme. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available places, participants will be selected by lottery.
After the application period ends, we will contact all applicants by email.
